We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, payment proof uploads, support messages, and event registrations. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, login timestamps, and course progress.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process course enrollments and verify payments, send class schedules and reminders via email and WhatsApp, issue certificates, respond to support queries, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. WhatsApp Messaging
With your consent, we may send transactional messages via WhatsApp — including enrollment confirmations, fee payment receipts, class reminders, and course updates. These messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. You can opt out at any time by contacting us at info@atechskills.com.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure (Neon PostgreSQL, Cloudinary). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized AtechSkills staff only.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging), Cloudinary (file and media storage), Google OAuth (login), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (database). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@atechskills.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
